This site is just a place for me to express some thoughts about what’s going on in my life.
I’ve maintained a web presence since, oh, probably early 1996 or so. I think I’ve owned this domain since 1997 or 1998 though the Way Back Machine only shows the site from around early 2001.
Mostly I’m just playing around, keeping up with new technology, seeing what kinds of tools and interfaces are out there for people interacting over the web in various ways. I use this site mainly as a testbed for new ideas and to try out new services. Occasionally I’ll write about things that have caught my attention.
I also maintain the site picsfromtrips where I house photographs I’ve taken over the years. I really enjoy photography and I love what’s happened in the industry in the last decade.
