This year? just sitting at work"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.picsfromtrips.com\/snapshots\/2008-photos\/africa\/frankfurt\/2008d25c019.jpg.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.picsfromtrips.com\/snapshots\/d\/20148-4\/2008d25c019.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"405\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Last year at this time I was having an awesome, fuzzy jet-lagged <a href=\"http:\/\/www.picsfromtrips.com\/snapshots\/2008-photos\/africa\/frankfurt\/\">walk around Frankfurt<\/a> on my way to Africa.<\/p>\n<p>I had several hours between flights and decided to take advantage of the excellent weather and speedy train into town to stretch my legs a bit.<\/p>\n<p>The day was one of those totally bizarre half-drunk with jet-lag and half-drunk with excitement of traveling off to new destination days.\u00a0 The combination of hyped-up excitement and over-tired dull brain made for an interesting, dizzying state of mind.<\/p>\n<p>Africa was definitely one of the best trips I&#8217;ve done, and while I imagine it may be a while before I get back, it is definitely on the list.<\/p>\n<p>In the coming weeks I&#8217;m going to take advantage of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.picsfromtrips.com\/weekly-photo\/\">weekly-photo<\/a> posts to re-visit the experience.<\/p>\n<p>For now, I&#8217;ll just continue sitting at my desk, working.<\/p>\n<div class=\"zemanta-pixie\" style=\"margin-top: 10px; height: 15px;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"zemanta-pixie-img\" style=\"border: medium none; float: right;\" src=\"http:\/\/img.zemanta.com\/pixy.gif?x-id=87f24a72-a31a-4257-b69f-d962f85401ac\" alt=\"\" \/><span class=\"zem-script more-related pretty-attribution\"><script src=\"http:\/\/static.zemanta.com\/readside\/loader.js\" type=\"text\/javascript\"><\/script><\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last year at this time I was having an awesome, fuzzy jet-lagged walk around Frankfurt on my way to Africa.
